Very helpful staff and massive selection.
Walked out with a refresh of my current bike.

A fantastic bike shop, if I could give 6 stars I would!
It's a large shop with plenty of free parking on site.
The range and stock was awesome, and the staff were brilliant.

On entering the shop we were greeted straight away and directed to the right area of the shop to browse for a bike for our 11year old. The range of quality bikes here is excellent and we were able to sit him on a range of models to check the size and geometry worked for him.

When we asked for some advice, they were very knowledgeable and took time to help. As it was a dry weather, my lad was able to have a ride around the yard to check that he could ride the bike properly which gave us confidence we were getting the right bike.

Luckily, they were able to fit us into the workshop to build the bike on the same day. This meant that we could pop for some lunch and then pick it up without making a return trip as we live about 80 mile round trip.

The staff were brilliant throughout. To highlight how great they were, one of the mechanics stayed beyond their closing time to help me after I misjudged the size of my boot! I got myself in a hugely embarrassing mess by removing the rear mech amongst other things to try to fit it in. Having already built the bike once, he very kindly took it back inside and put it all back together for me.

Bought my first bike from here a week ago and popped back in for some extra bits. I know absolutely nothing about bikes but the staff were very knowledgable and patient with me. The two gents and lady that sorted me out were so nice, thank you!!! Don’t think I’ve ever received better customer service. Will be back for all bike needs in the future

I called in to look at a specific range of bikes and my initial thought on entering the shop was "I hope this isn't a box shifting company with staff who try to sell you what their management want to sell". I was so wrong!
The shop has a massive range of cycles on display but more importantly it has staff that know the product ranges and are helpful, knowledgeable, patient and above all if they can't answer the question they will find someone who can.
A couple of days later I decided to go ahead with a purchase and again I was impressed with the level of communication - emails confirming each stage from order, order confirmation, deposit, collection date and confirmation of "bike built" prior to collection.
The only negative experience was having to pay!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish cannot fault these guys. I've used them before but never left a review. But after this experience they definitely deserve it. Thank you

Purchased a new Giant Reign E+2 from Buy a bike this week. Have to say I feel fortunate to have this place as a local bike shop.

Big place with a lot of stock to try for sizing, freindly knowledgeable and helpful staff who’ll give honest advice without the high pressure nonsense and excellent customer service.

Bike was ready to collect within 24hr hrs of ordering and was prepared and handed over very professionally (and I’m picky)……..

Definitely would recommend.
