Great customer service from Pedal Revolultion.

I had been given an eye watering quote for "essential" work from a non independent bike shop.

These guys did the required work for far less, had great communication, gave options for the work and even threw in some parts for free.

Definitely be using them again.

Called in yesterday on off chance they could fit some new tubeless tyres. First rate advice and service. All done by the afternoon. Great selection and great advice. Cheers everyone!

Took my bike in to get the brakes looked at last week, was told I needed a new part that would take a couple of days to get. Called them a week later to check on progress. Was advised that they had the new part delivered 5 days again but were too busy to fix it. Asked them to make a priority as they’d had the bike so long and was told they would see what they could do. Turns out they can’t do anything as I’m still expected to wait another 3 or 4 days. Will now need to pick up my bike without them fixing anything so a complete waste of a couple of weeks.

Friendly people, great service, they did a lovely job servicing my racing bike which had a bunch of problems including my gears not indexing properly. They diagnosed the problem and now it's working like a dream, thank you!

Did I need another bike? Yes! Decided to venture off-road. I purchased a gravel bike to take the path less traveled. A whole new world of cycling. Woods, trails, mud and the views. Thank you for advice and help.

So pleased with my shoe fit. Kate has excellent knowledge. After an accident years ago left me with my feet having size discrepancies. Getting cleats in the correct position is paramount.

Long time customer, first time reviewer. Firstly, thanks to Josh in the workshop for getting my bike running smoothly again last week when I wasn't able to. Thanks to Ben for always being kind and friendly and super accommodating. And thanks to Kate for nailing various bike fits over the last couple of years. Everyone at Pedal Revolution is class at what they do and they always make time for a chat.

Was shopping around for a couple of months for a gravel/Cross bike. I'm pretty savvy with bikes, built multiple of my own bikes so have a pretty good understanding. Every single member of staff I talked with instilled confidence with their product knowledge and enthusiasm. They were all fantastic.

The main staff member I dealt with was I believe Watts? Blonde chap. (apologies I'm terrible with names). He was awesome, very professional and very helpful. Never felt rushed and am super happy with my purchase.

Can't imagine I'll go elsewhere to be honest. Great bikes, great staff and service!! Cheers guys!
