Put my bike in for a dropper post replacement today. Turnaround was very quick, had it back in a couple of hours. Very pleased with the service, friendly, helpful and polite. What more do you need. I know where my next service is being done 👍

Best bike shop in the world much better and Halfords because their customer service in bikeshredz are really really perfect and they are really friendly people who work there and the prices for the bike stuff pretty decent I would recommend go in there is there a Halfords

Very friendly and helpful! Had a mechanical very early on during our backpacking trip and luckily were able to pop by to Bike Shredz from the Taff Trail thanks to a recommendation from a friendly local cyclist.

They were able to sort the issue out quickly and easily, and absolutely saved the day and rest of the trip. Cheers!
