The team at Cycle Solutions make buying a bike so easy and actually great fun. Really informative people, easy to follow process. The even delivered my bike to me by hand so that I could ride it at the weekend . Outstanding customer satisfaction !!

Would give it less but alas I can't. Ordered a bike in July which was shown in stock and 4 day lead time, did it arrive? Noooo. Then contacted them myself and asked when it would be delivered, they stated the 5th of August (I suggested that I would build it myself, as I know my way around a bike and they stated that they could not do this), so eagerly I booked my annual leave and....nothing. Tried the online chat and stated I had received an email two days ago saying it wouldn't be coming. I was on rest days so did not receive that email, now looking to be delivered on the 8th or 9th August a mere month after ordering an in stock bike.

The best bit of this sorry saga is the whole terrible customer service apparently it is parts shortage/people shortage and they can't possibly ring every person they mess about because there's too many of them. I think that last bit tells its own story. Next time I will be getting the voucher and using the lbs. Avoid cyclesolutions at all costs

I ordered something from Cycle Solutions for my husbands birthday, and was kept very up to date on its dispatch /delivery status by Lewys. On the off chance I asked via email if the package could be wrapped so my hubby wouldn't know what it was if he were the one taking delivery of it. I got a phone call within a few minutes of emailing to say they'd gone to the warehouse, find an UK nmarked box to put it in and nothing wolf be on the package to give it away. I was blown away by this thoughtful and personal service! Thank you so much Lewys at Cycle Solutions!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMANY.

It says next day dispatch it is NOT.

They told me this is not accurate because it depends how busy they are… don’t advertise next day dispatch then.

They would not accommodate me collecting it from wales when I wanted to come all the way from London to get it. I’m in a rush for my bike and they told me I’ve just got to wait for them to deliver it I can’t collect.

I sent someone all the way to wales after being advised I may be able to collect and they told him no because they would only hand the bike over to me.

They also posted it on a bank holiday weekend rather than allowing me to collect which delayed things a further 3 days and on top of that TNT haven’t delivered it on the day they promise.

Customer services are much help they don’t give a care if you cancel your order or anything.

Ordered a bike and arranged delivery. The bike was subsequently dropped by £300 in price. Contacted cycle solutions to carry out a price match which they did but resulted in them having to cancel original order and reordering (for an administrative amendment seems ott, more a pressure tactic to keep you signed up to original cost), this has led to a further 3 weeks delay in ordering process. I will now receive the bike mid November for an order originally placed on the 23rd September (this is an in stock item as were all items ordered)

Some constructive feedback for Cycle Solutions for your improvement: 1) extremely slow delivery - 2 months; 2) poor quality of products - with items delivered obviously damaged; 3) poor quality of customer service - 3 or 4 staff from Cycle Solutions I had to deal with were unprofessional, unreliable and noticeably disrespectful; 4) poor management within.

Check your bike over. Build quality isn't great loose bolts and screws, lack/missing grease on crucial components.

Delivery was okay.
Customer service was good however.

I’ve ordered 2 bikes via the cycle to work scheme and both arrived broken and unusable. Their after sales team were a joke and we’re rude and insensitive to the issues. The first bike I ordered had a delivery note from the previous owner in the box. I was completely unaware someone had bought the bike and then returned it. The second bike wasn’t secured in the box so the back derailleur was attached to the back wheel it was so bent.
Recommended locations
