Damian Harris Cycles

Bought a Bosch electric bike from the owner on Sunday. Was going to look at a few places told him I’d stretch to 2300 for a good mileage Bosch motor and we ended up settling on a £2600 bike for £2400. I bought the bike and he called me the next day to come and pick it up. The bike is brilliant and I believe I got good warranty cover lags for free. On. A side note he also has better prices for kryptonite lock than Amazon I think which is rare for a store. Very trustworthy, will be returning.

Called at Damian Harris Cycles looking for an e-bike this weekend.
The staff member who assisted me with my enquiries was extremely knowledgeable in these matters, friendly and helpful. This resulted in me actually buying there and then.
Would recommend anyone looking for a bike to call on them first.
Excellent customer service

Came in for repairs after I was crashed into just coming into the season. They were understandably flooded with people bringing bikes in, but had my bike repaired within a few days.

Shortly after that my front derailleur cable went and got it fixed in just a couple hours.

Bike is now riding better than when I first got it! Excellent service, great communication and all works came in cheaper than I was expecting for the damage.

Terrible customer service. My wife and I have both gone in separately to get tyres changed and we have been met with nothing but arrogance and felt belittled. I understand that what we were asking was probably quite trivial for them (we aren't really bike/buggy/wheel enthusiasts) but there is no need to be rude.

Above and beyond service from Damian. We broke down and he was happy to pick us up around the corner from his shop and back to our home. Really grateful for his honest approach and kind gesture. Highly recommend!

Damian recommend a Raleigh Trace, I received this Bike today. Brilliantly packed and in perfect condition.
The Bike is just as good as Damian said it was.
I spoke to a couple of members of helpful and friendly staff, both answered all my questions with knowledge and confidence.

Damian Harris cycles are top notch from start to finish I live in Scotland although we have cycle shops up here they didn't have what I was after found Damian online there knowledge and service just simply fantastic totally recommend will be shopping here again there 1000 % good guys don't hesitate to buy from Damian you won't be disappointed also big thanks to Joe as he made everything an easy and njoyable experience thanks guys

Took my bike to this shop for a simple service as its the nearest to my house and I will never return again, I feel completely scammed. I was quoted a price of £180 for the service and this was justified by identifying it required 2 new tyres, new brakes, and a chain which was apparently rusting, just to confirm I didn't take my bike to the shop because it required fixing I have it serviced regularly and just felt like it was that time again. I was basically talked in to agreeing to the price because of the high quality parts they apparently use and I in all honesty didn't have time to then take it elsewhere so reluctantly agreed. My husband went to collect my bike a few days later and came home to inform me I owed him £190, they had charged £10 more (even though they had said they would never go over the quoted price without ringing to check) and they had not even changed my bike chain. I'm a few months down the line after the service now and I can unfortunately say my bike feels as though they have done absolutely nothing to it and I'm left feeling extremely angry and disappointed.
