Very friendly and knowledgeable. Have done a few jobs for me and I'm very happy with their work and reasonable prices. Today they sorted a cable inner that had frayed and become trapped in the shifter. I rang this morning, took the bike in after lunch and although a very fiddly job it was sorted while I waited. Great service. Highly recommended.

Spoke to Graham today to locate a bike that was in for repair over a year ago. He was totally abrupt and said that if a bike hadn’t been collected in 6 months it would be sold. He said the policy is to text when the times up to collect. Neither could I say if we had a text as could he but his manor was appalling, talking over me and repeating the policy verbatim as if speaking to a child.
I bought 3 bikes when the racer was left for repair and felt that maybe he appreciated the business. Definitely one of the people who you shouldn’t spend money with and no problem as I will not again

Been in this morning to get a spoke replaced! This is what a bike shop should be like honest down to earth! They have helped me out so many times in some cases charging me a couple of packets of biscuits 😂😂. You will not find a better bike shop in the area!! I've seen some of the reviews saying there not helpful or there ignorant, but ever thought they maybe busy fixing bikes or dealing with another customer! I suggest you go in have a chat about whatever you need and then walk around look up stairs and marvel at the old school bikes there awesome!! Keep up the great work guys

After 30 years I decided it was time to get on a bike again. Graham Weigh Cycles couldn’t have been more helpful and set me up with a perfect second hand bike. Ten mins later I was getting a refresher cycle ride on a quiet cycle path.
Highly recommend this friendly and knowledgeable business

Not happy with the service at all. I took my bike in for a service as the brakes, and front suspension (the suspension had locked up) had a problem. The response I got was abit how do you say.. Half arsed. They told me the suspension was done and I needed to buy new, when I got back to my friends it was literally taking the suspension lockout and now its fine. After I told them how much I Payed for it (£150) they said if I traded it in I'd get £10, I'd love to know where I could buy a whyte 605 downhill mountain bike for that price. To cut this rant short and my time, in the end I had my brakes "fixed" costing £42. There's a little bit of "let's take advantage of people" going on this shop if you ask me". Be honest and take that chip off your shoulder guys because it's stale.

Wonderful shop . These lads are so helpful and honest . I went in last summer after a drink dispenser for my daughters bike , there wasn't one to fit so they sorted one from an old bike for me and today I took my grandsons bike down for new inner tubes and they blew the tyres up and told me I didn't need them . No charge . Completely trustworthy. They service my bikes every year with an except service to . 5 stars
