I've used this shop a few times now and everytime Jason has solved my problems with my bike . I find his prices very competitive. He always find the time to listen and advise.
He's helpful and patient .
I will never need to go to another bike shop. I would like to thank Jason for giving me a really good customer experience . Especially with all the covid restrictions .

Would like to say how fantastic this little shop is, it has everything you need and if not the owner Jason will do his very best to get it for you. He is so helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs parts, accessories or servicing/repairs.

Early part of lockdown I wanted to get a new bike as my usual bike was in storage in Coventry so I contacted Bike It and after several texting messages between us Jase gave me some valuable advice so I bought a Giant Roam off their site and Jase took delivery at his shop and within a couple of days I had my new bike. The bike is great and I have really enjoyed the cycle trails all around this area. I have been back and forth to see Jase buying extras for my bike and he is such a professional ,friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of accessories too. Jase will always say when I’m leaving the shop “any problems you know where I am” I will always use Bike It. It’s a great local shop so please support it.

Hi . We called the shop to by a revvi bike for my grandson , I’ve got to say the man on the phone was great to deal with , a credit to his shop , we came away with a revvi and was that impressed with the service we ordered another straight away for our other granddaughter, if you are looking for a bike you would get great customer service from these guys , thank you

My brake packed in mid ride and they managed to get me back on the road in no time. Cracking little shop as well.

Visited the shop yesterday to take a look at getting my son a revvi.
Owner is super helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
Would not hesitate to visit again for anything bike related and can recommend 100%

Highly recommended local bike store, popped in with an issue I had my my forks and despite the owner being tied up with another job he couldn't do enough for me. He solved my issue in no time and I got my forks back on my bike. Top bloke, would recommend to anyone .
