Cwmcarn Trail Centre - Ps Cycles

Absolutely outstanding service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend, which is a big bonus for me as they are my local bike shop.
After finally making my mind up on a new bike, contacted them on a Tuesday (when they were shut, but still answered my email), discussed what I was after, gave me a great price. I asked whether there was any chance of getting the bike prior to the weekend and they bent over backwards to get the bike in on the Friday.
When I collected they set up everything perfectly, and told me I had five years free servicing, so clearly very much about the customer service.

We've been visiting here for 4 years and we have 6 mtbikes. We have brought all our bikes for maintenance, bike hire and repairs and wouldn't even contemplate going anywhere else. The staff are the most knowledgeable that I have ever met, with James being an elite rider himself he knows all there is to know. James and Paul are both friendly and very accommodating and will do their very best to help and give very good advice. Providing an excellent all round service to bike enthusiasts. Highly recommended.

Decent downhill trails. There aren't many main DH trails, which can be a bit limiting for a whole day. There are a few more off piste trails which are good fun. Uplift bus takes quite a long time, but is friendly

Quite enjoy the trails here , twrch ,cafell & pwca . Lots of parking , T5 show on a Sunday . 😉

Absolutely beautiful lodges. Loved my stay. Beautiful surroundings and the lodges are great. Highly recommended.

Love cwmcarn and surrounding area. Trails are ok. Can get a little wild at times. Good uplift service. Onsite facilities are pretty good. Staff in ps cycles are so friendly.
