Very friendly staff. Sadly they were busy so could only do one of the requested fixes (ad-hoc call in). One brake cable for £15 was a little on the expensive side.

Brilliant bike shop, great service, well stocked with top brands. Stopped in while cycling Route 8 with mechanical problem. Really friendly and helpful, fixed the problem and got us on our way in no time

Stopped in today.. I'm a commute cyclist and was conned into cycling to Snowdon from Bristol... Got all the wrong gear and my seat was terrible...!... Service was amazing..extremely friendly and helpful and had a great chat!...thank you. the new seat is a revelation!

A group of friends and I had met up for the day having travelled from around the UK, we had a bike mechanical issue and they sorted it out free of charge. It was a small issue to them but a big problem for us, thank you so much for your help. I cannot recommend you highly enough.

Gareth recently supported myself and 15 fellow cyclists on a 210 mile charity bike ride and I can't recommend him highly enough. Not only was he an expert on all things bike related, he also made sure every one of us was well cared for whether we were highly experienced cyclists or complete novices. We will absolutely be engaging the services of Gareth and his team when running future cycling events.

Absolute legend. Gareth provided support for our team undertaking a charity ride over 3 days recently. Not only did he provide mechanical support for the team but also ensure that all riders were keep safe on some of the busier roads.
I cannot recommend him and his team enough, whether for mechanical support or for full event planning and management.

Superb helpful and friendly bike shop. Got me out of a hole by fitting a couple of sets of brake pads on the spot. Also helped us find a nice gravel route to continue on our way that afternoon, rather than just leaving us to take the road route. Would highly recommend!
