Enterprise Cycles

Had an issue with my Carerra Subway. Having had it "serviced" at a national retailer I shan't mention, the issue persisted so I tried this shop as it was local.

Fault was pretty much diagnosed over the phone, bike was taken in and work completed swiftly....all in Christmas week. Additionally, I was rung and told the work was done; the problem and work was explained to me...all on Christmas Eve when most people would be running out of the door! I was then able to pick the bike up the day after Boxing Day and it rode as smooth as silk.

I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Enterprise. I'm sure I shall return!

Needed an emergency repair while on holiday, Enterprise sorted me out the same day and put lots of other problems right. All in time to still make my rides while on holiday. Much appreciated, would recommend to anyone in need of help.

Really helpful, took lots of time to answer all my questions, permitted test rides so I could decide and had a good choice of Trek and Specialized bikes available from stock.

Owners even dropped off the bike id bought personally to my home address, giving instructions on charging and confirming when I should bring it back for free check up.

Strongly recommended for a great service.

Managed to snap my chain whilst on holiday and enterprise bikes fixed it quickly and very reasonably as well as making so other necessary adjustments. They were very helpful and very efficient. Would definitely recommend.
