Castle Bingo Bridgend

We had a fab time. We were greeted by a fab team, Richie stood out so enthusiastic he was great and there was a lovely atmosphere in the club. Tganks

First time playing bingo. I asked the women on the ticket desk for information as it was my first time. All she gave me was attitude and the looks off her where disgusting! Was no need of it and has put me off going to castle bingo again espically in Bridgend!! Sort your staff out!!!!

House!!!! Its a bit dated but the staff are friendly, a sheltered smoking area with heaters and the food is good and cheap. I just wish I got to call house more often

Had great fun, cheap food and drinks. Lovely night out to have with friends.

I’ve been to bingo for years and never had a problem with the food there but today was dreadful since they have had there new menu out which I will say looks good but when i ask for a salad normally they ask what I want but only aloud certain amount of items which is fair enough but when I went up today since the new menu launch. Apparently you can’t choose what salad you want anymore.
The lady which normally works behind the bar worked behind the food counter and served me and said you have to have lettuce tomatoes and cucumber then you choose the other three items on top, I replied I don’t want the tomatoes, she replied but I can’t substitute them as we ain’t aloud anymore i then said that’s fine I don’t want extra. I just don’t like tomatoes she then replied with but I can’t change it, it comes with them along with cucumber and lettuce. I then said I understand that but I can’t have tomatoes they upset me she then said but it comes with it I said okay but I’ll take them off then as I don’t want them. She then asked what I wanted FINALLY.

But the whole point is that she kept arguing with me even tho I didn’t care about missing an item or even swapping it I just didn’t want tomatoes.

Sadly this place has gone downhill, there are very few staff now I'm assuming as there are so many winners on ecubs they get checked automatically, I have been a few times and when you get a book or ecub with the numbers missing by one all the time you know its going to be a bad night, ecub 1040 have won quite a few times when we have been there so it must be programmed, as law of probability says its not random

Great venue to play bingo. Really good food and drinks options available.

I occasionally come here with my mam on a Monday, great value but the amount if breaks in between main games is ridiculous. Out of the 3 hrs im there I play about an hours worth.
The food can be free some times but its one or 2 choices. Id rather pay a £5 and have a lot of choice and an enjoyable meal.
