When I put up my first feeder I didn't think any birds would bother coming but over the years I'm amazed at the amount of different birds that have. Foxes, cats and squirrels also pass through. It is left to grow wild as this promotes insect life which in turn encourages the birds. With the help of a few neighbours I have had to fence in the whole area due to a handful of local kids who thought it good to destroy all feeders and many plants and shrubs.
