Absolutely delighted with my new gates from North Valley Forge. From the start, Richard instilled confidence in me and was always available to answer any questions. I placed the order and when the gates were ready, the team of Reece & Nathan did the installation. I must say they were great - they had attention to detail throughout and were really friendly and professional. Would highly recommend NVF to anyone looking for quality in product and service.

The gates and railings look superb, excellent quality in constructing and installation. Very helpful and friendly office staff and fixing team. Had a post box which I supplied installed in the railings!

North Valley Forge are too helpful to thank enough. Customer service beyond immaculate, product quality superb. No hesitation giving them 5 stars. Even though it was a tiny order they cheerfully went way out of their way to get them to me. I bought 4 hollow balls, they are even better than I had hoped.

Had a problem with the lock on my gate they fitted 5 years ago . Took it along to them and a great guy in the spares department who’s name unfortunately I didn’t get sorted it with no charge. Excellent service
