Fantastic service from Stuart and his team. Stuart came out on multiple occasions to talk us through the options for the types of blinds we wanted around the house. From start to finish, he was excellent in keeping us updated and didn't try to sell products we didn't need. Instead, he recommended the blinds most suited to our requirements. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Penumbra Blinds. They were excellent with information at the consultation stage, giving us enough information and advice to make the correct choice. I ordered some electrically operated, made to measure roller blinds from Penumbra about 10 days ago and was told they would be about 3 weeks, which compared to a lot of things at the moment, is quite quick. I was very pleasantly surprised when they arrived yesterday. Instalation was quick, tidy and professional and the blinds are very well made and work perfectly. I'm so glad I did not go for the cheaper ones I'd seen in the Internet.
