Hillarys

Very poor after sales service we had purchased shutters and unfortunately through our own action damaged 9 slats, we agreed to pay £75 for a call out charge and £15 per slat to replace. They took the £75 charge which I foolishly agreed, since then I have only experienced very poor service to try and arrange a date. Called 7 times and each time given poor excuses and a written email was ignored. I requested a refund and they have refused to pay claiming it would be sorted by end of the day. They have not contacted and taken money. Extremely disappointed, strongly recommend NOT to use and find alternative company.

John (Mocha) was brilliant, blinds and curtains fitted beautifully, he was very polite and friendly, and offered great advice and suggestions. 10/10 will definitely call him again for the other rooms we have left.

Had blinds fitted a few years ago, not at all cheap but I thought they would be good and fitted properly. Not so I'm sitting here with a piece of wood holding one end of the runner up!!! + customer service is only open Monday to Friday. This is the second one to almost fall down through not being fitted properly I dare hardly open the others

had three sets of curtains and 6 blinds installed. John Smith (Mocca), dealt with the order from measuring and choosing the blinds and curtains to fitting. He was excellent and I would certainly use John and Hilary’s again. Five out of five.

We had curtains for our bay window and front door. Peter came with a selection of fabrics and was extremely helpful and patient in assisting with decision making. On the same visit he measured the windows and we placed the order. Peter returned less than 5 weeks later to fit the curtains. I am very impressed with the whole process, very timely and the quality of the curtains is excellent. However, it was the professional, friendly and helpful service provided by Peter that impressed us the most. In my opinion Hillary’s are very lucky to have Peter as their public facing employee. I will be providing high recommendations to all family and friends. Thank you so much Peter.

Recently had blinds and curtains fitted in whole of new home. Great advice and ideas from Linda in choosing fabrics etc. Fitting by Paul was great too. Very pleased with service I received from Hillarys. Would definitely recommend Linda & Paul to friends and family in the future.
