Avoid them at all costs! * They put almost no details in the quote * They demanded 100% upfront payment (3k+) * When I kindly asked to agree by email on fabric width and height and fitting layout they said they would rather not take the job without offering any explanation. * This is the worst customer service ever. They are probably looking for easy customers happy to pay without asking too many questions and who would be happy just to have the job done in any way, even if approximative. If you really want to engage them, I recommend you to agree in writing with what has to be done precisely. You have been warned.

Delightful experience at the Hillary's display stand, the exceptional knowledge of the products and the in house procedure was all given to me by a lady who was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have spoken to. I looked at samples and booked an appointment for a home visit. Noisy environment as they are situated in a middle passageway lighting not at all good but can't fault the outstanding product knowledge and professionalism of this member of Hillary's.

Fantastic service was provided by Julie today! Shes was fully knowledgeable of the products and services provided; Before I wasn't even aware I could book an appointment via the stand, what a efficient service!

Guy arrived measured the window said he forgot samples and would drop them by later on in day still waiting - think I had a lucky escape

After a good and informative visit from the salesman we placed an order, paid up and got a date for the engineer to measure. The salesman quoted 4 - 5 weeks to install. It has been 3 months and I still don't have my blind. But I do have excuses, I asked for a refund and was informed that it was not possible. The latest installation date is Tuesday next week. I will let you know how and if they have more excuses.

Blind is fitted nicely however, I’m really not happy with the service. I got quoted for a black out blind, I later asked if I could have it without the blackout to reduce the cost, was not informed that it would be the same price until it was too late. I then got cancelled on 3 times with nothing more than a “sorry”. I ordered blinds on June 17 - finally fitted August 9. Please don’t cancel and give a new date, then cancel on the day 3 times over.

After paying for my order five months ago I still have not been contacted for installation. The lead time for my order was 8-10 weeks and we are now on the 20th week. I will not recommend this company.

Terrible service and communication, lost my order failed to tell me, took the day off work and no delivery! No communication still to receive order or refund
