Cardiff Cruises

Interesting exsperience, we were the only guests on the boat untill we reached the other side. Staff were lovely and helpfull when boarding the boat and had great wheelchair accsess with ramp.
Good price for the hour we spent on the boat.
Realy enjoyed the exsperience and one of the highlights of our trips.

Really enjoyed return trip across the Bay. Very windy when we went but not too cold. Interesting commentary through the journey. Great views. Very smooth trip.

Pleasant ride around the Bay with automated commentary which was interesting. Good views and a reasonable journey time, didn't feel rushed.

Great little relaxing cruise. Missed the boat by a few minutes but they let me hop on the next one free of charge. Great service!

Have been on this boat a few times and usually love it. This time the attendant (white man in his 30s) was rude and sarcastic- I asked if the zippers would be down and he said no because it was going to rain - which is fair then sniggered and said if you want the fresh air experience you’re welcome to go upstairs. Then I asked him if it was safe for me to have my little one standing by the door to which he replied ‘well it is shut.’ At that point I said obviously it’s going to be shut - you’re not going to ride a boat with an open door. Strange way to interact with customers

I had a wonderful cruise around the Cardiff Bay! Exhilarating and beautiful but also very windy and cold. This was one of the best cruises I’ve been on. The staff were very friendly and let me use my ticket for the previous departure as the buses were so late that day which was very kind, it made my day. I’ll definitely use Cardiff Cruises again.

Always great to take the ferry one way or the other. Cardiff bay as nice as always…

Big luxurious cruise would do with a proper restaurant and bar ,Cardiff should think outside the box.
