Since I last visited I was disappointed to discover the store has closed the upstair's reference & travel book section and hence limited the selection of books and products available to the ground floor. I suppose it's a sign of the times for many high street stores!!

First visit to spend a book token didn't go well and the only retail assistant didn't seem to know how to process the transaction. On our second visit there wasn't a problem and we purchased using the book token without any hitch.

Always got a wide selection of books, very enjoyable to visit and more often than not are able to have a natter about books.

Staff very helpful & polite
We need to use our local shops before we lose them. If you don't use then don't moan when we have no town centre!!

Good selection of books and other goods

I love this place. I came a-few days ago and the cashier was really nice! I love how they have a pride flag; it makes me happy and welcomed. ☺️
Great books to choose in different sections. The crime section was the most interesting if anyone wanted to know!

Excellent book shop, found 2 books with my gift token, but had to it. Not many hardbacks which I prefer.

Able to order my choice and am just waiting for a text to alert me it is in store. Easy . Great service.
