Very helpful and friendly staff. One took time out to help our daughter pick some new series. She was stuck having finished the Harry Potter books. The suggestions were good and you could tell they had actually read the books. They were right as well. Daughter loved the recommended books and could not put them down.

This is my local Waterstones and it is great. I am in and out of here on a very regular basis. I can order books either by phone, in person or online and they are promptly dispatched. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable too. And it is a good ship to browse too.

Good bookshop, with a nice cafe gives a pleasent experience. Found the staff dealing with book sales very helpful. Far better than another well know shop that sells books on the 'High street'.
