We found a quiet corner with comfy chairs to try out some books chosen by our young granddaughters. They had been given a gift voucher for £15 each and the amount was burning a hole in their pockets. They chose wisely and have enjoyed reading their new books.

Store is being refitted so lots of stock moves and not as much stock as usual. Still a good place to browse with good service.

This Waterstones is such a beautiful store. There are places to sit and read and it’s located in the wonderful Shambles area of Worcester. Lots of books to select from as well as some interesting and unique gifts for a present.

Very comfortable and clean bookstore, always had great service and very good deals in the holidays. Nice stop off point on a short visit.

Not the biggest waterstones outlet, but well stocked and friendly staff added to the overall good experience i had here

Staff rarely interact unless specifically approached. Compared to other branches I find this one disappointing however it's the only bookshop in the city other than WH Smith which I think is terrible for a university city. Thank heavens for the amazing library facilities we have.
