Excellent service from the staff to go out of their way to find my Internet order that was overdue. Took me on trust as I did not have my confirmation email only my order number. Thank you.

Don't you wish for a place to hide where you are surrounded by the silent thoughts of many, thoughts that you can dip into and relish and even take home with you to savour at your leisure?

A place that is more than a shop.

What would prompt me to award 5 stars would places to sit. I would love a place to flop, but I appreciate some of the issues.
Staff are great, by the way.
Problem: I always want to buy more books than I should.

We always love Waterstones, we could spend hours, and a fortune, in there if we had time, and the money. The staff are always ready to have a chat about books, if they don't have what you are looking for, they will go looking on the web to see if they can get it in for you. They have never let me down, be it fiction, history or course work books.

I walked into the store today looking for a book which a lovely lady helped me find. She gave me clear directions to find the book i wanted. Very calming store full of books for all ages. The great thing is the store also has games for adults and children. This place was fantastic. Thank you Waterstones at bluewater for your great hospitality. Zafer Aydindogmus

One of my favourite retail outlets. Waterstones bookstore I find an excellent bookstore that sell quality books. I have a lifetime love and pastime for reading, collecting books, be it with any related hobby or interest. The range of books at Waterstones have mostly a specialised varied choice and provide virtually most topical literature of non- fiction , fiction, educational, or any other etc. Books can also be ordered from Waterstones - if not in stock! The branch at Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent, are well stocked - even bargains to be found on their shelves. Bargain sales on show during those periodical times in a calendar year ie. Christmas sales a good time to visit. .A spacious, modern, bright, very clean, organised layout and very well displayed. A warm cosy shop tucked away in the ' village' area of Bluewater Shopping Centre. The staff very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable to assist customer needs. Just love Waterstones. Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. My 1 year old granddaughter already loves books so we are going to be regular customer

I miss the costa out the back would be great if they had a coffee shop inside like the one at lakeside used to.

Great selection as you would expect, and can always order stuff they don't have in stock for collection. The staff are always incredibly friendly, offering advice and suggestions. You can tell the staff love books, and it's a great atmosphere to browse, or even stop and read for a bit.
