I ordered a book for my partner as a gift. Was extremely disappointed to find the delivery man forced the parcel through our postal box at the end of our road instead of delivering it to our house. This caused the book to be very damaged and torn apart. They refuse to offer a full refund (only 20%!) and they refuse to send a new book to replace it. They were very rude and took a while to respond to my concerns. I am so disappointed and have had to open a case dispute with PayPal. People are already struggling with the cost of living, especially this time of year trying to buy gifts and struggling. Will not use or recommend this company again.

A wide choice of books at a great price, well packaged and delivered quickly. It would be useful if the website gave more information about the appropriate age for children's books.
