a really really lovely shop in the middle of the city! i was helped by natasha who was super lovely and helped me pick out some new books as a treat, as well as talking to me about some we’d both read :DD she even helped me set up a waterstones loyalty card and scanned all my gift cards to see how much money was on there !! it was a really lovely experience and a highlight of my day, a gem of a store with really friendly workers who are ready to help <333

In this specific store however you will find Caterina that let me say is the best bookseller I ever met. She’s super knowledgeable, dispenses lots of advices (always good!) and she’s also very kind. BRAVA!

It’s a very decent sized store with plenty of selection so you can usually find what you’re looking for!

The store has a very comprehensive selection of books, and friendly staff. It also has a number of 'meet the author' events which are listed outside the shop front.

We had a really unfortunate event this morning at the shop. We had identified a book online that was in stock at the shop. When picking it up, the till first showed the online price, which then the attendant changed to the price behind the book. When we asked about this, they told us that the price was different had be bought it online to simply pick up in store. This is sad as we enjoy going to the shop physically and directly disadvantages less tech-savy customers
