So nice to be able to go to a book shop! So many have unfortunately closed due to covid. I could wander the isles of this shop for hours. Such a fantastic range of books. Staff always super friendly. We'll organised. Just a heavenly place to be.

Large selection of books. Love the stationary. If you buy in offer books then the price works out fine otherwise books are double priced compared with Amazon. I still end up getting something or the other always! 📚 📖 📕 🖊

Lovely book store with a range of different genres to choose from. I purchased Very British Problems, by Rob Temple. I really enjoying the book, as someone who grow up in Hounslow, Greenwich and Surrey, can definitely relate to it.

I go into this shop every time I am in the area. The store has a great selection of books for all ages. I mostly buy for my little one and always find so many interesting books, toys and gadgets hence why I usually end up buying something unexpected but nice.

Excellent book shop very helpful and friendly staff. The reason I gave it four stars as I was looking for travel guides for northern England or maps but could not find anything I do realize it is the end of the holiday season but this section needs re stocking

The Staines store is always neat and tidy. Customer service has also been very good. They also have a nice selection of gadgets which would be good for gifts.

Needs to update there Manga and Graphic Novel section Better titles more variety stop keep getting the same stuff Kingston has a better selection. Occasionally add old titles like Battle Royale, Mysterious X Girlfriend.. Marvel Essential titles, Great books reprinting old titles in B/W.. there's a whole list of Superheroes, there Horror titles, just look at Forbidden Planet site or even ask them for there help in what news and the older titles...

Took my daughter to buy loads of new books and she was in heaven. First time in a grown up book store. Her face was one to remember
