I wandered into this shop intrigued by the Book of the Month recommendation which I duly purchased. However a very pleasant conversation with the owner led me to purchase two Alis Hawkins novels, None So Blind & In Two Minds, the first of which I have just finished reading and it was a first class read. Always great to find an independent retailer with a passion for their products. Highly recommended.

Brilliant book shop, packed with plenty of titles. I went in to purchase some books from the Amdani series (Mynediad level). The shop assistant was very patient and lovely to deal with as I practised the little bit of Welsh I've learnt. Her wonderful service meant a lot to this beginner! Looking forward to getting stuck into the books. I'd definitely buy from Awen Meirion siop lyfrau again, and thanks very much to the lady assistant!
