Terrible experience!
Bought online 2 books on 31/12/2021, took 10 days to dispatch and now 18 days after still haven't got my books. I sent 4 messages to their customer support and no answer was received, EVER.
They promise dispacth between 2-4 days maximum in the UK, it took them over 10 days to do so, and now 18 days after my purchase still nothing has arrived and customer support is not answering. I'm fuming that I spent money for a gift for my partner that never turned up + you can't even get in touch with them.
Wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all!
