One of the best training gyms I've been to. Very welcoming and friendly, the instructor and supporting staff are second to none. They go that little bit further to make sure it's the best experience possible whilst still maintaining a brilliant level of technical training and advice regardless of ability levels. Thanks guys

Kaos is a fantastic gym with some amazing people! They really help you get to know what you want from being there and your goals. I signed up for the charity boxing and my aim was to get fit and shed some weight. They helped me do both and I have now had three fights and lost just under four stone😀. I would recommend this place to any one and if you fancy the charity boxing it’s onr of the best experiences I’ve had Dylan and all the team are very good get down there and meet your goals 🎉🎉
