I literally can't praise Jill and Lucy high enough. They immediately make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in and there is such a good choice of dresses at La Creme. I'd already visited two bridal shops beforehand but I found the experience at La Creme a lot more personal. They really care about finding your dress and have such a caring, friendly manner. You have the boutique to yourself during an appointment and at no time did I ever feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. After a chat about what my wedding will be like and what kind of styles I like they found me my dream dress and I cannot wait to wear it (in 5 weeks time!)
Alterations were carried out quickly too and if I ever had a question they respond so quickly which just made the whole process completely stress free and enjoyable.
I'm so happy I found my dress at La Creme and its been a pleasure going to the appointments. I think I will miss seeing Jill and Lucy! Would absolutely recommend La Creme. In fact my best friend will be searching for her wedding dress soon and La Creme is at the top of her list because of my experience. Thank you Jill and Lucy!

Lucy and Jill are wonderful - I visited last minute after having another appointment nearby cancelled and they could not have been more accommodating! I tried on so many dresses and they were so helpful with feedback and making me feel great in every dress - no big clips in sight they pin everything so it fits much closer to how it actually would on the day. Absolutely no pressure to buy and they made me feel so at ease - I would definitely recommend a visit!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at La Creme. This was the first and only wedding dress shop I went to, the collection they have is amazing and I didn’t feel the need to visit anywhere else. Lucy and Jill are so warm and friendly, and gave thoughtful and knowledgeable advice about the styles that would work best for me. No thought, feeling or worry I had was too small. The atmosphere is relaxed, fun and there was no pressure at all. The small alternations that needed to be made were done to an incredibly high standard and with a lot of attention to detail. My bridesmaids also had a wonderful time at La Creme and we all agree that the only downside of picking my dress was that we no longer get to hang out with Lucy! 100% recommend!xxx

I had the most amazing experience choosing my dress at La Crème! I had no idea what style of dress I wanted for our relaxed tipi wedding, so let Lucy take the lead on selecting some dresses for me to try. She did an incredible job and I loved every single dress that she chose. I eventually selected Bonnie; the perfect dress for both me and our special day. I loved the deep neckline, open back and vintage style. Lucy made me feel so comfortable and confident in the dress I chose and I cannot thank La Crème enough.

The most wonderful experience finding a wedding dress. Despite leaving it very last minute, Lucy and Jill were able to help me find the most amazing dress and fit it perfectly within weeks so that I could look my best down the aisle.

La Crème is by the far the best. I was in a panic as I was quite late to find my dress. I walked past the shop and Lucy saw me, I explained when my wedding was and I was worried I’d left it too late. Lucy was amazing and reassured me and got me in a few days later for a 1-1 appointment. I met Jill at this appointment and together the both of them made it an incredible experience. They both have such a calming personality and made me feel at complete ease. I’m very shy, so the thought of changing in front of strangers terrified me, but they made the atmosphere feel so safe that I had no worries about it anymore. They have an amazing range of dresses and good price ranges too. They helped me find my perfect dress after only trying on 3! They listened to my insecurities and helped me get my perfect dress and add an alteration to it so I felt 100% comfortable in it. I hand on heart could not recommend a better duo to help you find your dream dress. I miss not having a reason to go go see them anymore as they are both amazing ladies. La Crème brides is the place to go for your perfect dress!

I would 100% recommended La Crème to anyone looking for a wedding dress! I ended up choosing the gorgeous dress on the mannequin in the window on the day of my appointment, and it was not a problem to mess up the window display!
We had the appointment with Lucy on our first visit, I came with my extremely young son. It was not a problem I had to stop and feed him, I tried on loads of dresses, Lucy listened to what I liked/didn't like/conscious about.
Fittings were done at a later date and were stress free.
Lucy and Jill gave my mum great advice about what she should wear on the day.
My veil was custom made and we must have tried on over 10 - not a problem!

We can not recommend or thank La Crème enough for helping us both pick our beautiful wedding dresses.

Their dress selection covers a huge range of styles to try and they were able to order dresses in especially too. They were so patient and helpful when letting us come back time and time again to try them on until we were sure. They ALWAYS had time for us, and we felt special and that we were always welcome.
Our email thread totals over 80 emails. They are absolute stars/saints 🤣

We especially recommend La Crème to anyone who may feel nervous or are particularly indecisive! Lucy and Jill will encourage you and embolden you with kind and honest words - they really are a joy and they care so much about making your dress perfect for you. They became such an important part of our wedding experience.
