The best experience ever!!!
Carol and Holly are total Angels! I was totally dreading wedding dress shopping but they made it one of the best experiences of the wedding process.
The shop is stunning and their selection of dresses is second to none! They have to best designers and if you are looking for something a little different, these dresses will not disappoint!
Carol and Holly are warm, friendly, totally knowledgeable and will put you totally at ease! They will encourage you to try styles that may push your comfort zone boundaries but are completely honest about what will and won’t work for you, so you are left feeling totally confident in your choice. They are patient, kind and all round total babes!
I loved my visits to white reflections and travelled over 7hrs both ways to the shop but when you find the one, it’s worth the trip! I came for a dress but left feeling like I’d gained two friends.
I would give them 100 stars if I could!

The best bridal shop ever. All dresses are beautiful, stylish and unique. Holly and Carol are lovely, friendly, warm and so very helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for. I cannot wait to wear my dress.

Absolutely amazing experience! Carol made me feel immediately welcome, comfortable, and beautiful! Her guidance was so spot on, and truly encouraging. Not to mention the dresses are gorgeous and truly unique!

I had previously gone wedding dress shopping in London, and felt thoroughly body shamed (I'm a size 12), and talked out of the dresses I had wanted, told that "I couldn't pull that style off." When I came to Carol she immediately said, "Get that thought out of your head! Let's start again!" She made me feel absolutely glamourous. And I completely trust her guidance. She made sure I found dresses that I loved and look good on me. She celebrated my curves and filled me with confidence. This is the exact experience you want to have when you're wedding dress shopping. I can't rate it highly enough.

I'm so glad I bought a dress here, and supported this mother-daughter venture. Would recommend this over any place!!

I am so glad that I skipped Madrid and London to head to Norwich to meet the amazing Carol, gorgeous Holly and lovely Alison.
The dress fitting was so fun and relaxing and I found my dress immediately - and the alterations too were such a piece of cake.
The entire process has been brilliant - I'm only gutted that I can't shop with them regularly.
Honestly, I can't recommend White Reflections enough!

Holly and Carol made finding my dream dress an absolute breeze! They made the experience so fun, as well as being amazingly welcoming into their showroom they're so patient and dedicated with their time in helping find the ultimate dress to suit. I loved playing dress up with them both I went three times until we found "the one". I wish I could go back every weekend to play dress up with their stunning collection of gowns.

From the moment I walked in to White Reflections purely to have a browse (I already thought I’d picked my wedding dress down in London), I was so taken by Holly and Carol’s relaxed manner, such a fab mum daughter team!! A lot of boutiques I’ve been to are quite stiff and you can’t browse without the assistant peering over your shoulder. Holly just let me roam and pick out whatever I liked. Their boutique is so funky and different, they even gave me a roll of their amazing flamingo wall paper to use in my wedding!! (See below). Can’t recommend them enough if you want a super down to earth, chilled but really professional bridal boutique

I can’t recommend White Reflections enough. Holly and Carol are so lovely, kind, fun, and helpful. They instantly put you at ease and they really make the whole wedding dress shopping experience a great one. They have an amazing selection of beautiful dresses which you are free to look through, and they are great at pulling out dresses which they know would suit you. I’m not local to Norwich but I’m so glad I made the trip from London ❤️

I love my wedding dress shopping experience at White Reflections! Holly and Carol are so helpful and lovely, i hate to think how many dresses I asked them to help me into before we found the one! They kept me updated along the way and were accommodating with fitting in my appointments when I was back home in Norfolk. Can't recommend then enough ❤
