We visited the shop today for a prom dress. The whole experience was just what we had hoped for and my daughter was able to try on lots of dresses. Sue assisted us and was really helpful providing dresses for my daughter to try on that she had not picked. Great style advice which resulted in ‘the dress’ being chosen.

Excellent choice of dresses and exceptionally helpful staff. My daughter was so unsure of buying a prom dress but she had the best experience and came out with the most wonderful dress and so reasonably priced. I could not ask for a better experience. The staff are so knowledgeable and really put my daughter at ease.

We visited Crystal Boutique on Friday for my younger sister’s prom and from the start we had amazing customer service! Kay and Jean were incredible and made my sister feel at ease and encouraged her to try as many dresses as she liked. They offered a personalised experience and when Jean suggested my sister try on one she hadn’t picked out it turned out to be the one!
The whole experience was laid back, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!

Due to the high level of service we received a few yrs ago with my first daughter for her prom dress, we didn’t hesitate going back recently with my other daughter for her prom. Once again we were warmly welcomed and given time to browse through the vast choice of beautiful dresses. We never felt rushed and my daughter was able to comfortably make a decision on which dress she wanted. The ladies were kind, patient and very informative. My daughter has found her beautiful prom dress, thanks to the lovely owner's help. We Never felt rushed or pressurised at any point. Plenty of dresses to choose from. Would highly recommend.
