Visited The Bridal Room for a wedding dress this week. Have ended up going for a different dress but wanted to say a massive thank you to the whole team here. They’re absolutely lovely and made it so fun and so enjoyable. Highly highly recommend

What can I say about the bridal room reigate?! If you are looking for somewhere to go head there and ask for Laura. She is amazing, so polite, knew what I wanted and got a dress that was perfect for me. Went back for adjustments after my (covid) wedding and packed it in a suitcase for me as I'm heading to Sweden in a few weeks. Would always recommend and will come back for any other dresses that I need in the future. Thank you Laura and the team.

I would like to register my dissatisfaction with the service provided by The Bridal Room in Reigate.
In preparation for my daughter’s upcoming wedding, I requested some readjustments in my dress, which were unfortunately done poorly, damaging the dress and creating unnecessary stress for me! The dress was in part sent for readjustment because when worn there was a bulge along the zipper in the back. Not only was this not fixed, but the readjustment left the dress tight and poorly-fitting. When I called this out, the readjustment was undone, but the dress I received now had holes in it along the amended seam. I also requested the neckline to be adjusted as it was too deep, and the adjustment that was done was done with a sewing machine, over the original fabric! It was undone at my request for being unsightly. Finally, an adjustment was made to the train of the dress by using a hook, which caused me embarrassment when during the wedding I tried to stand up out of my chair and couldn’t as the dress had caught on it.
As for my daughter’s wedding dress, a beautiful Pronovias, I didn't appreciate the fact that it was ordered a size smaller than my daughter’s true size, therefore requiring a lot of readjustments and as a result incurring a much higher cost for the dress!

Great service the ladies are always super friendly & helpful. Multiple tailoring adjustments are done quickly and professional. The Dresses are all stunning beautiful great choice. I will definitely be back for some Bridesmaid/Evening Gown. 😍👍🏻

Had a wonderful experience here for my first dress try on. I booked my appointment as was warmly greeted by two ladies (sorry I've forgotten names!). They asked what I had in mind and with that selected upwards of 10 dresses for me to try and made me feel at ease with the whole process. I was able to try anything I wanted and they were super helpful.
Whilst I didn't end up choosing my dress from here, it was a very close call and they have a wonderful range and selection of designers. Would 100000% recommend.

Honestly couldn't recommend the Bridal Room enough when it comes to purchasing Bridesmaid dresses. The service we received from Laura and everyone at the shop was fantastic, they were all so lovely and accommodating. I had a large Bridal Party and it was difficult to get everyone together to try on the dresses, I ended up with 4/5 separate appointments and we found the perfect dresses for all the bridesmaids. Thank you for all your help and keeping me in the loop throughout!

I highly recommend The Bridal Room. Laura took time to really understand what I was and wasn't looking for and her specialist knowledge and imagination meant she picked out several dresses which I adored. Although I did not find my dress here, I easily could have done given the incredible selection of beautiful and unique gowns! I am so pleased to have bought my shoes here. Really recommend Rainbow Club shoes- they are beautiful yet so comfortable, and they can be dyed any one of around 200 colours after the day- a forever pair of shoes! Ever since our two visits to The Bridal Room, my Mum, sister and I have kept commenting what a special memory this experience was for us. We will remember it fondly. Thank you!

What an incredible experience! Debbie & Sue were an absolute dream and they couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable and at ease. They were so knowledgeable and they couldn’t have been more helpful.
