I would 100% recommend Elegance Bridalwear! The most fantastic experience to buy my wedding dress, I didn’t want to take it off. They have beautiful dresses but most of all Layna and her team made me feel so comfortable and confident.

I chose my perfect dream wedding dress at Elegance Bridalwear yesterday all thanks to Poppy.
Thank you Poppy for being amazing and helping me feel at ease, nothing was too much trouble and I enjoyed my experience trying on dresses and finding the one.

I am sad to say that I would not recommend this shop after buying bridesmaid dresses for my wedding from there.

I found alterations to be incredibly expensive. £100 per dress on top of the cost of the dress. Making the average dress price after alterations £300!!

I found the shop created a lot of undue stress by being really inflexible with apts.

The staff seem very inexperienced and seemed to struggle with accurately measuring the bridesmaids. One of the dresses was very tight but could be worn, this was disappointing given the price paid. Another of the dresses was so tight after being overly taken in that it had to be taken out again 2 days before the wedding.

When I suggested that they hadn’t been measured properly I was told that children grow very quickly…. I agree but not to that degree, they had been measured and fitted only 2 weeks earlier!

Had the best experience with Elegance Bridalwear. I ended up visiting the shop as I had seen a dress on their Facebook page I liked the look of and I ended up with it! The first dress I tried on! They kept me informed throughout and were very professional. The fittings that followed once the dress was ready were fab and I felt like they took everything on board. The dress fitted perfectly on the day and I wish I could wear it again and again!

Poppy at Elegance Bridalwear was absolutely amazing. She was so relaxed and made me feel at ease. She helped pick out some dresses as I wasn't sure what to go for. I found the perfect dress! It was such a stress free enjoyable time and I would recommend for every bride to be to visit. Thank you so much!

Wide range of dresses with different styles, Poppy was very helpful when it came to choosing dresses and trying them on, adding accessories to them really helped me picture how I wanted my dress to be! Reasonable prices as well, would 100% recommend!
