Cardiff Bridal Centre

I bought my dress at Cardiff Bridal Centre after visiting other places and being disappointed, I contacted them in a panic as I had a short amount of time to find a dress. The staff there are accommodating, friendly, welcoming and helpful and I found the dress for me there. They are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. Highly recommend this Bridal Shop. Knowledgeable and attentive staff - but not at all pushy. Caroline, who with her vast experience was able to advise on what wedding dresses would suit me. The first dress I tried on was ‘the one’! Thank you Caroline. I was dreading the whole process but you made it such a lovely experience. It was much appreciated, looking forward to seeing you again at the fittings appointment.

This was the first wedding dress shop I have ever been in. From the minute I went in I was made to feel comfortable and special. They had a fantastic selection of wedding dresses and they allowed me to take my time and helped me get into the dresses respectfully. I found my dream dress here and after thinking about it for a few hours I committed to buying it as I was ecstatic with the dress and service, I didn’t feel any need to try and find better because quite honestly I don’t think you can! Big shout out to Caroline who was very patient and attentive! I can’t wait to see my dress when it comes in and go back to see them! 😀 one happy bride to be! X

I said yes to my dress at the Cardiff Bridal Centre yesterday, and I had the most wonderful experience from start to finish 💖
The array of choice in the shop was something that really took me aback, and is something that no other bridal shop I've been to has had. Furthermore, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with very attentive and kind staff, and a glass of fizz as soon as we stepped through the door!
The staff were so knowledgeable, and their thoughts were so valued. I felt absolutely beautiful in every dress I tried on due to the warmth of the staff, which is something I also haven't had from every shop I've been to.
The dress I chose is perfect for me, and as someone who didn't understand how someone could just say yes to a dress on the spot, now I know that when you find the right one, you will!
Overall, I had a fantastic day, and I'm so happy to have bought my wedding dress from this lovely family owned business!

I recently visited the store and it was safe to say I was very nervous and overwhelmed (I mean who isn’t when they are trying on dresses!), but as soon as I was greeted at the door I was made to feel so welcome. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for me. Caroline helped me to pick my dream dress and I can’t stress enough how wonderful she was. She made me feel amazing.

As I walked in I was greeted by Caroline who walked me around the shop and asked my ideas to get my thought process going. As it was my first time I was so overwhelmed and Caroline reassured me and directed me to finding the one. I didn’t think I would but I did and actually had a tear to my eye as did my mum and Caroline. My experience at the bridal centre was perfect and it made me so excited about my wedding with no stress as they explained everything ❤️

The biggest thank you to Lizzy at Cardiff Bridal for helping me find the one. She was amazing and I couldn’t imagine my experience without her. So welcoming, calming and attentive. Listened to my ideas and ended with finding the perfect dress for me. Nothing was too much trouble and I loved my experience today 💕
