Fantastic service would highly recommend brilliant customer service can’t praise this shop enough

Had curtains made with linings. The price was excellent and the curtains look great. Service was friendly and helpful.

Booked a wedding dress appointment and took my son and mum. Got to the shop and was 'greeted' by someone quite abruptly saying only 2 people can come in at any time. So mum waited outside. Then proceeded to tell me that they don't allow 'kids' in the shop Infront of my 6 year old who got really offended. Then sighed and asked us to put masks on (we didn't have them with us, Wales regulations state masks aren't needed in shops) she then told us that the message she sent booking the appointment stated masks must be worn (I got the message out and at no point it said we needed masks or only 2 people could come to my appointment) so we had to leave.
Will never be back and will never ever recommend the shop to anybody. Just rude.
If you're that concerned about Covid-19 maybe you shouldn't be open at all.
