Castle Brides

Bought my wedding dress from Castle Brides and loved absolutely everything about the experience:
- the location is beautiful
- Angela and her team were so friendly and helpful
- they let me try on as many dresses as I wanted in the initial appointment and when I was stuck between two let me try them each on a couple of times
- I went with my mum, my brother and his boyfriend. Angela was so accommodating of us all (unlike another bridal boutique which was really rude about my brother being there)
- the range of dresses is amazing and fantastic for all budgets. Angela didn’t try to sell me the most expensive dress but seemed to genuinely care about it being the dress that suited me / made me feel comfortable
- we changed quite a bit on my dress and nothing was too much trouble
- she also altered my second party dress even though I had bought it somewhere else.
I cannot recommend Castle Brides highly enough!!

Beautiful bridal boutique in a beautiful location in Wales. Great selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaid gowns and men’s wedding suits. Angela is also a extremely talented designer that can create any bride their own bespoke designer wedding dress.

Angela was so helpful when I was looking for my wedding dress, even when I had second thoughts on the first one I chose. She gave so much of her time and was so patient even after hours of trying on dresses! A wide variety of dresses and designers along with Angela's expertise and experience really helps with choosing the right dress. Would definitely recommend and enjoyed the whole process of buying my wedding dress with Castle Brides. Look forward to getting the men's suits from Angela too. Thank you!

My Mum, my Mother in Law (to be) and myself visited Castle Brides on a very wet and miserable Saturday in October. The bridal boutique was easy to find and get to. We received such a friendly welcome in this stunning stable conversion, just oozing luxury and warmth which was a stark contrast to the cold and wet outdoors. For a few hours we were lost in a bridal wonderland and forgot all about the rain and the pandemic!

With all the new restrictions in place for covid we were unsure what to expect but we couldn't have been happier! The huge choice of dresses, displayed beautifully, immediately gave me excited butterflies. We were given a private area with comfortable sofa and everything felt luxurious, I was made to feel very important and had the staff's full attention throughout. All covid procedures were followed and we all felt safe without it having an impact on the fun and excitement of the day.

Both Angela and the young lady assisting her were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere with background music and at no point did we feel rushed (I think we were there in total for 2 + 1/2 hours!)

I am very picky and having never tried on a bridal dress before Angela was happy to talk me through my likes and dislikes and then try on lots of different styles until we found the right combination. I even found myself liking dresses I would never have considered trying but Angela knew what would look good and then offered further variations on those styles so I had plenty to think about.

Both mums agreed that they felt well looked after and included by both the ladies looking after us and even had a hand in helping to choose/suggest some of the dresses. There was a very personal touch to the service throughout and you could tell that the ladies here are passionate about what they do to ensure the highest standard!

I must have tried on 10 or more dresses but even though each one looked great there were small tweaks which Angela kept in mind as we narrowed the choices down to 'The One'. I had plenty of time in each dress to see not only how it looked but how it felt and moved and if it would be comfortable for a full day of wear.

I owe Angela and her team a huge thank you for being so understanding and helpful. It may have taken a couple of hours but I found the perfect dress and had a wonderful afternoon. I could not have been happier with everything and only wish I could go back and enjoy it all over again! Thank you xxx

I honestly couldn't have asked for any better in looking for my wedding dress. Not being a dress kind of girl I was a little stressed about it. The girls put me at ease and made me so comfortable. And I found my dress. Very highly recommend!! :)

I can not recommend Angela and her team high enough! They went above and beyond for me, nothing was too much to ask. I brought my dress from them 2 1/2 years ago, due to get married 2020, but we were forced to postpone. They stored it until we had our new date ready.

We got married the first weekend after they were allowed to reopen, they got me in straight away, did my alterations and not to mention they added sleeves to the dress and completely revamped my mums old fashioned veil in 3 days!!!!

They are incredible at what they do and I am so thankful to them, my dress is so stunning and will always be treasured. The boutique is so lovely and I had so many beautiful dresses to choice from but I knew this was the one!

Thank you Angela and team, you made my wedding experience so much easier and less stressful, even a listening ear when a fed up bride was at her wits end! so thank you from the bottom of my heart. Highly Recommended!

Cannot explain how amazing my experience was with these ladies yesterday, felt nothing but welcome!

These ladies do not get enough reviews on how amazing they are

Unfortunately I did not leave with a 'yes to the dress' but that's no fault of theirs as I have my eye on another dress to try at a different dridal store but there was a dress I loved there. The ladies told me to go try the other dress on before I agree to anything at their store, which I loved as I did not feel like they were pushing me into making a choice

There is a massive chance I will return to this store for the dress I saw but want to be confident in my choice.

Would recommend these ladies to anyone. Thank you so much ladies, I hope to see you very soon!

I just want to share how bloody wonderful my experience at this shop has been. Angela does nothing but go above and beyond for each and every person that walks into the shop. All team members are extremely helpful & nothing is ever too much. Kindness goes a long way and you really feel that in this store. There are such varied dresses to try & something for everyone. Reserved, boho, plus sized, sparkly & extravagant. You name it they have it. Not to mention the incredible alteration knowledge and practical skill set. After many cancellations attending this store continued to be a joy. Service with a smile at all times. Thankyou so much for all the help! As a long term manager in the retail industry I’d recommend this shop to all looking for their special dress!
