Just been to Eva Ashley and had a great experience. Explained exactly what I was looking for and straight away the knew what dress dresses to pick out. Very friendly and very experienced . And guess what. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS. 😁. Had a glass of champagne which was a lovely touch. And a free garter . Would recommend this fantastic shop to anybody looking for there perfect wedding dress. Can't wait to see my dress again. Thank you so much.

This was the second bridal shop I had visited and my appointment started off well with the younger lady asking about what I was looking for and the feel of the wedding. While I was browsing the dresses, the other lady working there made a few remarks about dresses being out of budget in a condescending tone.
While I was trying a dress on, the lady helping us suggested a veil and proceeded to place on in my hair only for the other lady to be quite rude to her, telling her she was doing it wrong.
I wouldn't feel comfortable going back here to purchase a dress, as the second lady was quite off putting, and I don't agree with her rudeness towards her staff.

Would recommend to anyone, dresses are beautiful and staff are friendly. Aoife took time to listen to what I was thinking about and found beautiful dresses that I wouldn't have thought to try on. She was also honest when something didn't look quite right. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and wasn't pressured into making a decision.

Started off amazing Leanne was incredible. I’d only tried on a few dresses before but still had no idea what I wanted. Leanne helped me build up an image in my head but unfortunately when another girl came in she was very pushy. I’d had my eye in two certain dresses that were around the 2 grand mark (one more expensive then the other) it just felt like I was being pushed and pushed towards the more expensive one. But Leanne was more concert about what I wanted and how I felt. I probably won’t be going back here as I don’t want to ffel like I’m being pushed to spend money rather then be a bride

I brought my wedding dress from Eva Ashley in Tonypandy but had the alterations done in the Swansea store.

Absolutely brilliant service. The seamstress Rachel is so talented. The care and attention to detail is phenomenal, particularly when considering the cost and detail involved in a wedding dress.

Beautiful stores and always feel like a cared for customer.

Amazing experience at Eva Ashley! By far the nicest shop I have been in to. The EA staff are really welcoming and follow your vision helping you to find exactly what you want. They also made my mum and I feel right at home with their friendly approach. I would highly reccomend! Thanks so much for helping me find my perfect dress and making the day so special xx

I visited the Swansea store and had the best experience.. Leanne my consultant was amazing. We had the store to our selves and it was so personal and private and I found my dream dress. Can't wait to try it on again and I can't thank the team enough and cant recommended them enough!!

Went to the outlet store in Tonypandy for their big August sale. Stunning shop, feel like you get the movie experience with a glass of champagne and the whole store to ourselves. Leanne was very helpful and I ended up getting my dream dress! 100% recommended!!
