The ladies here are lovely and so incredibly helpful. Made me feel at ease and relaxed from the moment I walked through the door. So attentive to emails and any queries I had.

Unfortunately I didn’t say ‘yes’ to the dress here but it came a VERY close second. If my venue was different I would have picked this dress!!

Would highly recommend anyone visit this store. They made my wedding dress experience a breeze!

I had been to a few bridal shops and not had the best experience, however Zara made myself and my mum feel so welcome and relaxed. Although I did not find my dress at ONE1 Bridal, I cannot recommend Zara and the store enough for anyone who is looking for their wedding dress. As mum lives in North Wales, she is not able to be there with me when looking for dresses, however Zara ensured that I had a special moment with mum during my experience at the store. Thank you so much for having us, and being so wonderful.

I honestly don't know where to start with this shop. They really do make it such a lovely experience. I'm not a sample size and struggled to find a dress and ended up at 8 shops and crying pretty much every time I left, but these absolute angels were amazing. They don't just try to sell you a dress, they want you to find your dress. I never thought I'd get the "wow this is the dress" moment, but I did. THANK YOU Zara & Helen you were amazing xxx DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Lovely bridal shop and far nicer than the others we have visited nothing was too much trouble. Very lovely staff and a goid selection of dresses.

I could not recommend One1 Bridal more highly! They made the whole experience so special and easy from start to finish. The shop is spacious and beautiful with a fantastic selection of dresses. On arrival we were greeted with prosecco and a lovely personalised sign. When trying on the dresses the team made me feel at ease, listening to what I liked about the dresses and were able to help point me in the right direction of styles that may suit me! At no point did I feel overwhelmed by having to pick 'the' dress - the team were so great and gave me the perfect amount of guidance throughout the process. When it came to ordering and picking up the dress the team kept me in the loop at every stage and made it very easy. The dress arrived exactly when they said it would and made booking fittings efficient and simple.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend One1 Bridal to any bride looking for their dream dress!

I didn’t end buying me dress from this shop, but i had a great experience there. Zara and Gem helped me in every possible way, they are friendly, professional, patient and really welcoming, they will give you great advices. They made my experience really amazing. Totally recommended.

I just want too say a massive thank you too the ladies at One1 Bridal! I’d recommend to any bride too come to this bridal shop. I was very nervous to begin with and didn’t know what to expect as it was my first hunt for a dress - however I was made too feel very comfortable and relaxed from the very start of my appointment and made too feel like one very special bride ! The little details definitely made the appointment that extra special such as the glass of fizz, the board with my name on too make it feel all about me and the amount of effort put in to the appointment. To top it off I found my dream dress and was the dress Keira picked out for me - I just instantly fell in love and knew it was for me - the knowledge from these ladies is unbelievable and I couldn’t be any more over the moon or ready for the big day .. thanks again lovely ladies ! Xxx
