W have known Cheryl for a few years through working in the wedding industry and serving the same brides. We have also met at many wedding fayres, and her display is always fabulous. My daughter got married last year and it was Charlotte Alexander that had the dress she wanted, and she gave us fantastic customer service - so can speak as a customer as well as a fellow wedding supplier. Would highly recommend you visit this lady for your frock, you will not be disappointed.

So as a bride to be with no clue as to wedding dress styles I would say a visit to Charlotte Alexander is essential!
The staff were so helpful and allowed me to try on all different dress styles and helped me to find ' the' dress.
They seem genuinely caring at the store as well as happy to help wherever possible.
You also get a lovely goodie bag if you make your purchase at the store.
I now can't wait for my dress to arrive!!

Cheril, is an amazing lady. My daughter Sarah and I went there 2 years ago looking for her wedding dress. From the time we walked in Cheril was on it. My daughter chose a dress, a few weeks down the line uncertain she went back. It was never any trouble for her to revisit. Cheril gave Sarah the dress that she wanted.
