Amazing service and staff at Allison Jayne. I went shopping for my wedding dress last weekend and was treated really well by all staff (and made a fuss of). Beautiful dresses with PLENTY of options and different styles. Staff took a lot of time to find me the perfect dress and could not do enough for me! Would definitely recommend.

If I could give this store more than 5 stars I 100% would. The choice of dresses are amazing and they have something for everyone. From the moment I booked my initial appointment in November to today when picked up my dress the service has been outstanding! I visited a few different bridal stores and this was the one that made me feel really special. The staff are so friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Sarah was really amazing and helped me choose the perfect dress, Allison was too and she really makes you feel a priority and truly gets excited for you! I can't wait to wear my dress, Thank you for everything, you really made my experience a memorable one! Hope all your future brides are as happy as I am! :-)

I went into Allison Jayne today with no intention of buying a dress, as it was my first time looking for a prom dress. I had Beth as my consultant and cannot praise and thank her enough for her kindness, patients and care when it came to helping me, someone who wanted to be amazed, to find styles, colours etc. All the staff were lovely and weren’t at all pushy. I ended up finding my beautiful prom dress thanks to Beth’s amazing service. I cannot thank you all enough ❤️x

In one appointment, I found my dream dress and we even found outfits for my mother and aunty. We had the most incredible day, it will definitely be a day that we will never forget. Thank you!!

Yesterday my mum and I visited Allison Jayne for my sister to try on wedding dresses, and what AN INCREDIBLE day we had!! The ladies were all really lovely who worked there and Sarah our bridal consultant helped my sister find her beautiful dress. We weren't pushed for time or made to feel unwelcome at all. Quite the opposite, Sarah was really lovely and engaging & we felt like she really listened to what my sister wanted, resulting in her finding her dream dress!! The wonderful staff or owner didn't push us to buy anything either! So we felt so at ease. Time honestly flew by, we were sad to get out of the dresses (we also tried Bridesmaids and mother of the bride dresses) I'd definitely recommend Allison Jayne! Today I picked my DREAM wedding dress, and I honestly don’t think I would of able to do that with out the help of Sarah! She made me feel SO comfortable and welcome and was so helpful she didn’t pressure me at all and made my experience that Evan better. I can’t thank her enough for helping me pick my dream dress for the most special day ☺️

My daughter did not have a style in mind when we went to buy her wedding dress. She was able to try on several different styles and loved and ordered the first one she tried on. The only reasons I've not given 5 stars is that initially we were told the dress would arrive 6 months after ordering, but it took over 9 months. As fittings are not available at weekends my daughter had to return to Swansea from afar and take time off work for the fittings. The seamstress made an excellent job of the alterations and on the day the dress was beautiful and much admired.

Found my absolute dream princess fairytale wedding dress with Sarah today. It was the first one I tried on but Sarah was still with me trying on lots of different styles to make sure I was absolutely definite in my decision and I was! Absolutely no rushing or pushiness. Very welcoming and warm staff with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Thank you so much xx
