Picking my dress up this weekend to get married Thursday... they couldn't be any more helpful if they tried. A lovely shop in a little village. The lady in there that has been helping me is so friendly made me feel at ease 😊 thank you to you all!!!

First shop my future daughter inlaw looked in. Staff very very helpful couldnt do enuff.She found her dress and knew that was the one.so all waiting for the big day now.thank you to all your kind helpful staff.

Such an uncomfortable experience, such rude staff/workers. Felt uncomfortable getting changed as they were watching me!! They didn’t let me look through the dresses myself and they chose a dress for me and when I said no to a dress they rolled their eyes. As we left, the man was so rude, ignorant and impolite and they all had such bad attitude, definitely won’t be going back there.

It was ok but not much room for a bridal group. Didnt ask the bride if she wanted to look through the gowns, just picked a few out for her to try on.

Went a few weeks ago for bridesmaids. The bridesmaids felt uncomfortable due to the fact you just change in one room . Also steps leading up to the room is very steep The younger lady was very helpful. But it just wasn't for us . I only wish I had read other reviews first. As other people have experienced the same feeling uncomfortable 😒

Dont not book if your a plus size!!! From the minute we stepped in we knew it wouldn't end well. Wasn't given the option to pick colours or dresses (understand we wouldn't be able to touch due to covid) got offered 3 dresses to try on no more. Got pushed in a room with another young lady who was trying on dresses with her family who may I add had a rack full of dresses, it was so sad hearing the experience the young lady was receiving compared to ours!! We spent a whole 9 minutes in the shop, my daughter felt judged because of her weight and fair to say had a awfull experience to the point when we walked outside she burst into tears! I hope your ashamed of how you treated my daughter!! You don't know anyone's circumstances when they walk through your doors every young lady should be treated the same!! who do u think you are to judge anyone. What happend to being kind! Thank you for the lady popping her head round to tell my daughter the colour suited her! Only compliment she had!!

Went here beginning of covid, we picked two dresses one for my sister, one for myself. All measurements were taken went back and my sisters dress fitted perfectly. My dress was a totally different story the straps had been taken up so high the dress was digging into my armpits and it had to be adjusted again for a second time, the one women gave us a really bad look when we said it didn’t fit correctly which my sister got charged for again, because of covid we were not able to pick the dress up as my sister who is getting married has terminal cancer. We picked it up a couple of months ago and the dress does still not fit correctly, was chucked in a plastic bag and smells like it’s been in a damp cupboard, highly disappointed. Not a cheap dress and it’s ruined

My sister received a phone call after this review to which the man insinuated that maybe I have put weight on which I find extremely rude. They asked if I wanted to come back to sort the dress but would not feel comfortable at all after the comments made! Still no resolution to the issue

Went here yesterday with my best friend as I am a bridesmaid for her wedding. The whole experience was very uncomfortable. They made her strip off in fornt of us. There was no changing rooms or privacy. There were two ladies, one was lovely the other very rude and unhelpful, looked like they didn't want to be there.
They were dragging the dresses along the floor which isn't nice when you are potentially spending a substantial amount on a dress. I wouldn't recommend this facility.
