Perfection Bridal Swansea

I purchased my dress here for my August bank holiday wedding. Every single member of staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough from the moment we walked in! With such a large selection of dresses I described what I wanted and with no appointment needed I was able to try on dresses there and then. I found my dress and fell in love! The service was exceptional on every appointment I had from fittings through to the final alterations and collection of the dress. I couldn't thank the staff enough! It was my dream dress and felt beautiful on the day thanks to the girls at perfection.

Where do I begin? I had been searching for a particular dress for 3 months so I thought I'd call the shop...guess what? they managed to loan that dress in a few days. From the moment I entered the shop to try it on I felt at ease with their helpful, easy going and bubbly personalities. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped even down too the tiniest detail. Thank you again Sue and Julie, keep up the good work as your fab at what you both do.

We had an appointment today and it was awful! We were squashed in to a tiny room and the woman seemed to take a disliking to the bridal party. The dresses were all really big and the shop assistant didn't have any clips to put on to make them fit better. The whole appointment was rushed and they were very pushy trying to get the sale. Past experiences have always been good with this place but today was horrific.

Thank you for making me feel so special and welcome. I couldn’t have asked for a better service for my first bridal appointment. Although I didn’t find my dream dress with you I loved the ones I tried on and you helped me to find my ‘style’ and you made me feel fabulous doing it. I will recommend you to all of my friends when their time comes xx

What a fabulous bridal store! From the moment I walked in I was made to feel at ease. The ladies are super friendly, down to earth and couldn't do enough for me! I didn't feel at all rushed or was my body shape an issue and the little touches really made it a perfect bridal experience! Highly recommended. P.s the dresses are gorgeous! Visited Perfection Bridal with my daughter a week before Christmas by appointment.

As any mother knows, buying a wedding dress for your daughter is one of the most precious and special gifts you will ever give her.
The extensive selection of dresses was impressive and the service was excellent. We were made to feel welcome, comfortable and given undivided attention which was so much appreciated. Not rushed in any way and encouraged to try on as many dresses as desired, my daughter was rapidly put at ease by the professional and genuinely honest opinions of both owners.
All round the experience was fantastic.

Just the loveliest ladies, providing a great service. They certainly listened to my requests and my dress is exactly how I imagined and wanted it to be. I always leave absolutely beaming 😄😀😀

What lovely and welcoming staff. They made picking my dress so special and went above and beyond. Exellent communcation right the way through to picking dress up. Highly recommended.
