Absolutely amazing bridal shop. I recommend this place to anyone I know who is getting married. The staff are so friendly and always remembered who I was for all my appointments. They have a great selection of dresses and are welcoming to whatever circumstance. They have an in-house seamstress who is extremely talented and is welcome to fitting to your schedule as much as possible.
They have adapted so well to everything going on with Covid and their brides are always top priority. ☺️

Do not use this I requested a refund for my dress which is costing me a fortune to fix. I purchased a dress from hear as I fell in love with it to get home and notice the dress had buttons missing dirty massive Rips in the bottom and lace and dimontys where lose. I messaged shop to get told dress is sold as seen yet was never told this at the appointment. If I was I would have double checked the dress before I brought it.
Do not recommend going hear to buy a dress.

Absolutely loved my dress I bought from white Orchid. I actually purchased in October 2019. I then fell pregnant January 2020 and they were so accommodating around making sure they would do everything for the dress to fit me. However covid then hit and my wedding was cancelled. I'm so happy with the service I received and how good they were with keeping hold of my dress until I was finally able to get married June 2022. I would highly reccomend!

Great service from both white orchid bridal and crush mens outfitters. Nothing was too much trouble even up to a few days before the big day when a member of the grooms party needed amending. Always just a phone call or a message away. Mark was fantastic through out. Dealing with a bride in a pandemic is not the easiest thing to do but he had the patience of a Saint. Thank you. White Orchid has some of the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen.... your almost certain to find the dress of your dreams.

White Orchid have been AMAZING from start to finish. I found my dream dress pre covid after a wonderful day trying on nearly every dress in store. I could have bought 100 of the dresses because every one of them is so beautiful and unique. After choosing my dream dress we then had to postpone my wedding 6 times. In the lead up to finally having the big day I came in to store every week for a month to try on the dress, buy a veil, practise walking in my wedding shoes …! Lauren assisted us every time and was just phenomenal. So kind and friendly and wanted to help us in every way she could. I felt so at ease every time I visited and the team did all they could to make us feel welcome. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend every bride to be in wales to visit white orchid- you will not be disappointed !!

I chose dresses I like prior to my bridal appointment, Abbey had all the dresses ready for my arrival. I instantly fell in love with the first dress I tried on. Abbey was really friendly and made me feel comfortable during the appointment. My dress needed alterations, Surrinder was amazing, made me feel so comfortable, service was great. White orchid has beautiful rooms and you are made to feel really special trying dresses on in privacy, I brought my mother along to appointment and she was made to feel welcome. Thank you for a great experience. The shop offers beautiful dresses and I would recommend to anyone to try white orchid.

I loved visiting White Orchid to choose my dress! There was room after room of gorgeous gowns to look through, the ladies knew their stuff and were so helpful.
The in house seamstress was also fantastic, helping to alter my dress as I had bought it pre covid, and lost weight. It fitted beautifully.
Definitely head here for all your wedding day needs!

I visited White Orchid on 24 April 2021, my appointment from start to finish was just totally amazing. My appointment was with a lovely lady called Lauren, she was so lush made me feel so at ease and comfortable and made my wedding dress shopping experience something I will never forget. Nothing was to much trouble, I fell in love with a dress however wanted to make my next appointment elsewhere that day to ensure I was absolute 100% before committing, safe to say I had found my dress at white orchid as i was constantly comparing others to it! I rung White Orchid straight after my last appointment else where and I got to speak to Lauren who had dealt with me all along, Lauren not only went above and beyond by coming in on her day off for me to finally say YES to my dress, but she made the 2nd appointment just as amazing as the first. You made me feel like a princess and I can not thank you enough!!
