The location was perfect! The heart of London but just off the beaten path enough to be cozy! Fantastic view of the Shard! The steak was amazing and cooked to perfection! The sauce was stellar.... and WOW! I have never tasted such an amazing alcohol free craft beer! I personally did not believe that an alcohol free beer could actually taste good.... it was delicious, crisp, creamy, malty and refreshing! Everything a good beer should be! Myself and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our evening experience here! I would highly recommend to anyone. We were visiting our daughter, son in law and grandson and had traveled from Canada! 🇨🇦🇬🇧 It is pretty tough to beat a great Canadian steak. They serve a great meal and I highly recommend you eat here next time you are in London! Then just hop across the street and go to the top of the Shard for the best view in the city from the tallest skyscraper in Europe! 👍

If you're in London, you simply must go to this restaurant! The braised lamb shoulder (£15) was delicious and was accompanied by couscous and fresh tomatoes. I also ordered a side of gem lettuce (£4.50) which was a nice accompaniment. Great food, courteous staff and very good value for money.

Brunch is delicious! Went to Donnelly's as it was recommended by a friend. The brunch was sooo good, especially the hash brown (how do they get it so crispy?!). Portions are very big as well, left me and the wife fully stuffed. Service is great here as well, staff are really friendly and attentive. Highly recommend Donnelly's Restaurant!

Really wonderful meal. The staff was very helpful with my long list of food allergies, and I still had a delicious dinner. The fish was so fresh, and artfully prepared with delectable grilled fennel. My husband and I both enjoyed that tremendously. My kids' burgers looked juicy and wonderful too. We're traveling, and it was great to have a meal of fresh, healthy, delicious food.

Firstly, the service was terrible. After not having even been acknowledged for 20 mins we decided to get up and ask for a menu. My dad and boyfriend had the hake which they said was nice but the fish portion was tiny (less than 8x8cm). I had the chicken burger which was dry and bland and a small portion of average skinny fries (Costing £15.50). The waitress did not come over once during our meal to ask if we wanted any more drinks. We also waited at least 15 minutes to get someone’s attention for the bill. Once the bill was given to us they walked away and didn’t return, so in the end we decided to get up and pay on the way out.

Shame really as I had visited before a couple of years ago and thought it was pretty good, especially the Goat ragu. Wouldn’t ever go again now

Very slow service! Only 25 people in the restaurant and an abundance of staff yet took over 25 minutes to get a glass of wine and had to ask twice ! Staff very pleasant but clearly inexperienced no reason for such slow tardy service.. I had a chicken burger and it was Bland .. and slippery … maybe I should’ve chosen something else.. didn’t think you could go that far wrong with a chicken burger Most definitely no desire to go back here for a substandard mediocre meal with slow service …Also unfortunately the acoustics are such that it feels like you can hear everyone’s conversations and you have to shout to be heard … strange and uncomfortable. Looks like it might be nice when it is one as there is a lot of outside space..

There was an unpleasant smell and the atmosphere wasn’t great. The food was also overpriced and it generally felt quite dirty. With their prices I would expect a smarter environment.

Went for dinner here in a big group- one of the members is a coeliac (gluten free). We all preordered our food in advance and when the “gluten free” burger arrived it was literally just a beef patty and cheese. Pretty poor considering we pre ordered. All other food was good quality and tasty.
