Fabian's Kitchen

The owner of the B&B accomodation recommended this nicely decoraded restaurant. Based on the price-quality-service i can give it 5* for such kind or restaurant. Lovely food, portions right, enough to choose, also for the vegetarian. Fabian speciality is Indian food, but at his restaurant he serves a wordly kitchen. Si it isn't only Indian food that's served: saw good burgers with good portions of fries coming by. First time I choose the stuff (3 rounds) from the weekly menu (delicious, flavoured and hot as i like it), next day (2 rounds) from the 'normal' menu. Both days all together it cost me (only) 50 pounds.

Absolutely amazing! The food is delicious and not expensive at all. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to eat.

Called in fabians for the first time and what a lovely and friendly place... We had a burger each and it was delicious and then we had a cheesecake it was gorgeous honestly...... Had 2 beers to swill it down and my partner had a glass of wine couldn't fault it... I will be back we stayed for 2 nights in Llandrindod shame we wasn't living nearer... Thanks fabians 👍🥧🍺🍷🍔

Amazing food, very tasty and great quality. Fantastic service and lovely people.
So sad I don’t live here as I’d definitely be a regular. Had such a lovely time here … they even had Marlborough wine which was awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Curry was good and reasonably priced.
Would go back, probably next year in fact 🙂

Words cannot describe the sheer beauty, grace, elegance and overall splendour of this wonderful establishment.

I ordered a well done steak, and to my surprise, unlike many other well done steaks I’ve had before, was not only cooked well on the outside, but also still full of juice and flavour. The peppercorn sauce complimented the steak so well too. In addition, I also tried some of my sisters coleslaw, and before, I used to hate the taste of it. Never in my life, did I think that I’d like the taste of coleslaw, but somehow, through Fabian’s magic, I found myself subconsciously eating some.

Overall, I’d give this restaurant a 10/5 stars. It really lives up to its French root of “restaurer”, which quite literally means “to restore or refresh.” If I ever plan on returning to Wales, I’ll definitely come here again‼️

Had a really nice meal here. All the classic favourites on one menu. I was spoilt for choice. Fresh ingredients made to order. The owner was lovely and friendly and gave me some chips on the house as I was torn between two side dishes and so my husband didn’t have to share 😂 . The place is spotless. Pity we were just passing through! Definitely on my radar to visit again.
