Service:
You pay and then get seated
Most staff will take your empty plate away as soon done.
Apart from that not too much conversation or pleasantries!
Food: I went at 12.30 pm for lunch so the food was fresh and being topped up, they have however cut back on a few dishes and added some eg. Chips and wedges ( better to have one)
Salt n pepper prawn was replaced with prawn toast ( am sure they used to have both at one point)
Many give this place a low rating in general, perhaps adding a few different varieties also add the cake/ desserts back at lunch please. I'll be back soon with the family ( if I can afford it!)
I have been to Buffets before but this one is by far the best i have ever been to.
I had made a booking however the staff was friendly and helpful enough to allow me in early after travelling there a little to early, I was seated instantly and was able to go and order a drink, the only downside was there was only one till and server at the bar so that took a bit of time.
When you arrive you will be asked to pay and will be given a ticket to allow you to be seated, I guess that is to ensure that no one runs from the bill which is fine with me.
The selection of foods was great, lots of Asian and Indian foods and not to mention the great selection of cheese cakes, fruits and ice cream for deserts all included in the price.
As soon as you have finished a plate the staff is quick to collect empty plates and then carry on getting more food.
The buffet is never empty they have staff constantly ensuring the food is topped up.
I will definitely be going back to JRC in other locations in the UK.
The inside was a bit dark for me and there kids selection of drinks was not that grate. Some of the people that was cooking the food didn’t seem to happy but after my dad gave them a tip they cheered up.
Food was fine a bit messy and rushed I ended up just having some chips the lamb was very chewy it thought I was going to blow a bubble.
They had a big selection of food I just didn’t feel like selecting anything.
Sometimes the wrong people in your business can give costumers the wrong impression of what you business stands for.
The sweet section was a mess which put me off trying anything as kids were just using there hand to grab stuff
As my dad says don’t take it personal, it just business
Thanks you for your time
Will be back to say hi to the guy at the front door
I wouldn’t advise to go there unless you want food poisoning
