Selco Builders Warehouse

Today we had a breakfast bar delivered, I have to say how delighted I am with, not only the quality and size of the bar, but also very impressed with the customer service. Josh, who took our order and gave information on the product, Tony, who arranged delivery, and last but not least the more than helpful delivery driver, were exceptional. We had ordered from another supplier and had 3 damaged bars delivered and returned before changing suppliers. Selco’s breakfast bar was a metre longer and far superior in quality than the other suppliers, the strip to cover each end was included where as it was an expensive extra with the other supplier, also it was cheaper with free delivery, not to mention it was packed to protect the item.
I would highly recommend Selco, not just for their first class product but their customer service is faultless.

It’s a shame the lowest rating is 1 star as I don’t think selco even deserve that. I have been waiting 2 days for a order to be delivered. I was told it would be in the morning/ early afternoon of the day planned to be delivered. Then I was then told it would be late afternoon/ evening. To then be told it would be first thing the following day between 8.00 to 8.30, still never arrived and at that point I made the 4th phone call to them to then be told it would definitely be with me by 10am latest. Still never arrived and still waiting for delivery. When speaking to the staff their attitude is disgusting as their response was “well it’s not my problem”. Every time they can not meet what they have promised they give another excuse whether it be them blaming their drivers for being to slow or problems in warehouse. Very poor service and will not be using again.

Ordered some timber from Lee Howland, I had to call and change delivery times, they were very polite and accommodating. The delivery driver was on time and helped me carry the timber round the back of my house.
Awesome service.

I always use Selco. Lee has been really helpful in the past and continues to provide a great service. They are my go to for all my construction materials. Prompt delivery and good prices. 👍

Hi selco can i make a suggestion! Invest in a playe warmer.
Your cafe does good breakfasts unfortunately let down by serving food on cold plates so the food seems to go cold quickly.

Fantastic service and great prices from the SELCO team in Camberley.

My builders placed another order for a couple of pallets of Thermolite blocks with Travis Perkins.

After receiving the delivery, my builder passed me the invoice. I thought that the materials seemed quite expensive. I compared their price for exactly the same specification block with Selco in Camberley.
To my shock we then realised that we had been overcharged by £100's and £100's. We made a call to Travis Perkins and tried to negotiate a better price..!!!

Unfortunately, they still couldn't get close to Selco's price....!!

The two builders were totally shocked and felt that they had been stitched up.

I visited Selco in Camberley to place an order. I was introduced to Antonio where we discussed what other materials were required. Within 30 minutes of my visit, Antonio visited the builders on site to discuss the build and if he could help out with any other materials - Very professional.

In Business, your price should always be your Best price, to whoever walks through your door...

Had 2 deliveries from this location every thing went smoothly. Tim our delivery driver was extremely helpful and a credit to his branch. Extremely polite and went above and beyond with our delivery. Very happy customer.

Very helpful staff, though the waiting time for an assistant was a bit long because it was fairly busy. The paving slabs were delivered on time and seem to be in good condition as far as I can tell, I haven't unpacked them yet.
