Wow..
Went in all happy, asked for some bits i usually pick up every few months.

And they More than DOUBLED the price. Nearly TRIPLES!!!

"I said whoah whoah whoah since when has this all got so expensive?"

The guy said "Since, now."

I used to love Elliots but whoever is behind the counter is going to ruin it for them.

Rather than think of it as a building supplier i think of them as a hardware shop.varnish for my boat,tools for work,hard hats and hi vis and occasionally timber.I think the prices are really good and do seem to be the cheapest in the area.Obviously Elliots are predominantly a builders merchant but it seems to cater for diy'ers like me too.As they say,it does what it says on the tin.It could be the diy superstores sell more products,but as a local diy this works for me.closed on Sunday's.

The best guys behind the desks and front also, prices and quality is unbeatable and do not understand why some guys moaning for the prices. ELIIOTS DO REALLY HELPS YOU BUILD. They do not deserve even ONE SINGLE BAD REVIEW and would STRONGLY advice and reccomend to try them out no matters what. Well done ELLIOTS and thank you so far!

Great product let down by inflexibility of delivery arrangements. And lack of understanding of clients and construction needs. Despite locality and having their own trucks .
Competitors offer next day delivery , delivering from the other side of the country.
