Didn't have exactly what we wanted this time but usually have stuff you want to look at .

Poor customer service with staff lacking basic knowledge of returns policy and Consumer Rights Act. The store itself is ok, hence the extra star.

An excellent place to visit and staff very helpful they didn't have the item I wanted so they looked it up on their website and told me that amazon had it, so Monday it will be delivered so thank you, from John

Efficient and polite. Staff can be busy, but give their full attention once you are served.
