Awful experience at this Wickes!!! VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL STAFF! Prices wrongly marked, not able to tell you if that's the real price, then they go mental at the till that you refuse to buy as asked price is 150% more than shelf displayed price! BAD PRACTICE! AVOID!

Wickes are on the COVID distancing very well in this store. They deserve to one of the leaders from this branch. Well done to all the team. I will be conducting the rest of my project from this store.

It's your regular wickes store. Decent prices, sporadic with multifinish plaster but went here to collect stock.

Too many builders looking for work at the car park entrance.

A store where you can find things for the garden, bathroom, kitchen and home in general. They could always improve their customer service because sometimes even if you don't need help and they watch you walk and look, a question like: do you need help with something?Would be great

We found what we needed and more.
Lovely bedding plants, petunias and lobelia for £3 a tray of 8 plants which is great value + a selection of pebbles for the garden.
The staff was helpful and directed us correctly + very pleasant at the till.

Wickes may not have the amateur DIYer-friendly polish that the big orange DIY shops do but they have everything needed for jobs large and small, including some trunking I couldn't get elsewhere, with staff just as good. The only negative "trade-off" is the lack of timber cutting service which not having a van, I do visit the orange place for.

please manager moniter your worker and advice them not to accept any restaurant invitations or gift from customers as this against their work policy . Iam writing from personal experience with this branch 2016-2017 as one female worker at the till arabic origion used to go out with my husband who was customer .he used to buy tools from this branch . This women no more works at wickes as she left job one year ago This situation effect me that time and i went long depression and anxiety . But now iam strong women no more suffering .no more crying .

Wickes have done us a quality service. From the moment we walked into the store in Alperton we received a service second to none. The missus is happy and so am I. The pictures don't lie. The door completed/ fitted today looks amazing. Wickes 5* service from ordering to the delivery service from Price Xpres on behalf of Wickes.
