I like this place. Plenty of room to move. Only complaint is the metal work outside like fence post holders look very rusty, as was a section with small metal mesh. The tarmac bags looked ancient and this stuff needs price labels clearly sited. The paint section seems to have a boring colour range. I tried 3 different wall colours in one room and despite sample paint (which on one occasion didn't match the big tin and it had correct number) I ended up with the usual magnolia.

Let me start by complimenting the staff member who tried his very best to help us. Thank you. However, the situation with their own-brand paint is deplorable. How can the same number and name of paint (225 - Rock pool) be 2 totally different colours and none of the outer shade labels match the paint either, including on the tester!!!! Which tin contains the colour I want? Your guess is as good as mine.

Tap for bathroom missing clamps, served by a lovely young lady all sorted even sent me next door for flexible hoses and they were free great end result new sink in and looks great

Wanted to but a kitchen wall cabinet,spent twenty minutes trying to order one with no luck ,ended up getting one across the road at Howdens

Not impressed, went to buy 2 items which showed as in stock online arrived and staff member agreed both were in stock and then promptly couldn't find either and said sometimes when stock is lower they system is incorrect. I made a special trip only to have my time wasted. If you are going to have online stock at each branch at least make sure it works rather than wasting customers time.
